Senior Customer Success Manager, Public Sector/Union

Spring Health is revolutionizing mental healthcare by removing barriers to treatment access. They provide clinically validated technology and a personalized approach to mental health services to over 450 companies across various industries. This Senior Customer Success Manager role will focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the success of Spring Health's solution within regulated environments. The position is fully remote.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, product, or implementation.
• Proven success managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and long procurement cycles.
• Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, RFP processes, privacy compliance, and employee benefit program structures.
• Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present key findings and customer satisfaction.
• Deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
