Job Description
Spreedly is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor to customers. The role involves onboarding, planning, and overseeing customer lifecycle from adoption to renewal, advocating for customers within Spreedly, and building relationships with technical users. TAMs will drive value for customers and contribute to product development based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in and technical knowledge of a payments technology environment.
- 3+ years of technical consulting, customer success, or account management experience.
- Track record of account expansion and growing contract value.
- Experience working and building relationships with technical customers/end users.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
