Requirements

• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role like technical account management, solutions consulting, or customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional technical literacy with the ability to troubleshoot complex integrations.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Experience supporting global enterprise-level customers in a SaaS, IoT, or PaaS environment.
• Experience using AI tools and methodologies.
• Basic Python coding skills (asset).
