Job Description
Docebo is seeking a Technical Account Manager to build and grow customer relationships, ensuring customers are successful with their AI-powered learning platform. This role involves providing strategic guidance, technical support, acting as a customer’s technical liaison, and driving customer growth. The successful candidate will champion Docebo’s AI solutions and become a trusted advisor to customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of enterprise/large account management experience in a SaaS environment
- Basic knowledge of back-end development practices (OAuth 2.0, SAML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs)
- Work knowledge of front-end development technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs)
- Minimum of 2 of the following: Working knowledge of iPaaS technology, SQL, or data warehouse technology.
- Fluency in international time zones
- At least two of the following: Working knowledge of iPaaS, SQL, or data warehouse technology
- Proactive approach with analytics and problem-solving
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and project management mindset
