Spreedly is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team. The role will involve working closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to scope technical solutions that align with customer needs and drive Spreedly's growth. The consultant will also influence revenue growth, shorten time-to-close, and accelerate value realization for customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Industry experience with eCommerce, PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms
- Background in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or gateways preferred
- Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)
- Familiarity with scripting or backend programming (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript a plus)
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams on enterprise deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing documentation
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics and guide customer decision-making
