Spreedly is the world's leading Open Payments Platform, and we're seeking a Solutions Consultant to help drive our growth and customer success. As a key player in our pre-sales and customer solutioning efforts, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to scope technical solutions that align with customer needs and drive Spreedly's growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Industry experience with eCommerce, PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms
- Background in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or gateways preferred
- Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)
- Familiarity with scripting or backend programming (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript a plus)
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams on enterprise deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing documentation
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics and guide customer decision-making
