Sound Agriculture is seeking an experienced supply chain and manufacturing manager to support the growth of the company to $100M in sales domestically in the US and through expansion into LATAM and Europe.

Requirements

• Significant successful experience in chemical manufacturing / supply chain leadership
• Demonstrated ability to influence peers and partners
• Experience with new product launches with direct accountability for delivery
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Polished communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across levels
• Demonstrated ability in Supplier Relationship Management
