Director - Supply Chain

OhaloTM seeks a highly organized, financially-oriented, and negotiation-savvy Director to manage and optimize the entire supply chain supporting general business, biology laboratory, hardware engineering, and greenhouse operations.

Requirements

• Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations with all vendors
• Monitor spend, identify savings, and partner with finance to maintain lean budgets
• Maintain inventory levels and set policies to meet service objectives and minimize supply risks
• Establish and own global shipping and logistics to ensure safe and compliant worldwide delivery of plants, tissue culture, seed, and materials
• Drive the implementation of new technologies, ERP systems, to improve supply chain functions
• Partner with the operations team to ensure building functionality, safety, efficiency, and project completion with technicians and contractors
