Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving commercial activities with novel agricultural products
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to conduct market assessments, segmentation, and customer needs analysis
- Ability to forecast demand and align commercial plans with breeding, production, and regulatory timelines
- Demonstrated success supporting go-to-market strategy development, including pricing, positioning, and commercial roadmapping
- Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical attributes into clear commercial value propositions
- Skilled in cross-functional cooperation with a track record of working closely with R&D, operations, marketing, and regulatory teams
- Good understanding of row crop production systems, grower decision-making, and value chain economics
