Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related areas
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluations
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
