Sila is a next-generation battery materials company. The People Operations Contractor role is a temporary assignment expected to last through July 2026, and will involve managing HR processes, employee data, and supporting the People Operations team.

Requirements

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Google Suite
• Comfortable working within a Mac-based environment
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an administrative or HR role
• Ability to work onsite at our offices 5 days per week
