Director of EHS&S

Sila, a next-generation battery materials company, is seeking a Director of EHS&S to lead its EH&S team in developing and supporting personnel across the organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 20 years' experience in EH&S and leadership roles, a Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Occupational Health or a relevant technical discipline, and strong leadership, listening, communication, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years' experience in EH&S and leadership roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Occupational Health or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong leadership, listening, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with industrial workplace hazards, corresponding programs, hazardous materials, and challenges with scaling processes and designing new tools
• High volume manufacturing experience in semiconductor, PV, chemical industry, batteries or similar
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and key design codes, including but not limited to PSM, NFPA, and CGA
