Director, Capital Projects

Sila is seeking a Director, Capital Projects to lead large-scale project efforts, including the design and build of new manufacturing facilities, upgrades to existing facilities, and large improvement projects.

Requirements

• 15 years of progressive, senior leadership experience leading engineering and project teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in a science, engineering, construction management discipline or related field
• Skilled in project planning and risk management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel 30% of the time
