Sikich is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Microsoft Channel) to lead the commercial ownership of key upper mid-market accounts and drive profitable revenue growth. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in the Microsoft Partner Channel.
Requirements
- Develop new business within existing predominantly Microsoft Dynamics client base
- Monitor and maintain high client satisfaction and renewal rates
- Coordinate with solutions delivery team to tailor solutions to prospect organizations
- Assess maximum opportunity value and determine when to engage Sales Management
- Develop annual Territory Plans and Account Plans
- Drive profitable revenue growth and meet monthly and annual revenue goals
- Track and maintain account activity in CRM system
- Provide input into pricing, positioning, and strategy within assigned industry verticals and geographic markets
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to manager
