Account Executive

We’re looking for an Account Executive who is energised by owning a region and building momentum through proactive, hands-on sales activity. This is a hybrid role (at least 3x a week in office) based in Tauranga for a 12 month fixed term period to cover maternity leave.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a related field.
• Experience with high-volume, low-touch sales or lead generation is a plus.
• Experience with outbound prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects in short, value-driven conversations.
• Comfortable with outbound email and phone outreach with a focus on quick responses and closing sales.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
