Job Description
Sidetrade is a fast-growing international SaaS provider recognized as a Leader by Gartner, transforming the Order-to-Cash process for global enterprises. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to focus on Credit & Collections Management, driving adoption and renewals for enterprise clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, providing insights, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with Sales and Product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Credit / Collections Manager in large organizations
- Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with projects running simultaneously
- Strong client facing skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good knowledge of Receivables Management technology
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
