Job Description
Sidetrade is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on adoption, renewals, expansions, and advocacy. The role involves acting as a point of contact with customers, providing solutions to their needs, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and supporting Product Management and Support teams. The position is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking high earning potential and professional growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Credit / Risk / Collections Manager in large organizations
- Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Strong client facing skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Receivables Management technology
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
