Job Description
The Operational Automations Officer will design, deploy, and manage AI + automation frameworks to automate tasks across the company. The role focuses on removing manual effort, embedding quality control and compliance into workflows, and ensuring automation is scalable and continuously optimized. Key responsibilities include building automated systems, implementing QC workflows, managing team productivity, and ensuring regulatory and security compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in automation, RPA, or process optimization roles
- Proficiency in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato, or equivalent)
- Experience with productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff)
- Knowledge of AI-driven QC frameworks, workflow monitoring, and error detection
- Strong communication, documentation, and training ability
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong English language skills
