Operational Automations Officer

This Operational Automations Officer role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing AI+automation frameworks across the company. The goal is to automate manual efforts, embed QC, compliance, and reliability into workflows, and optimize performance, productivity, and compliance. This involves building and maintaining automated processes for various business units, designing AI-driven QC workflows, and ensuring regulatory and privacy compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in automation, RPA, or process optimization roles.
• Proficiency in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato, or equivalent).
• Experience with productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff).
• Knowledge of AI-driven QC frameworks, workflow monitoring, and error detection.
• Strong communication, documentation, and training ability.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
