Job Description
This Operational Automations Officer role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing AI + automation frameworks within a company. The primary goal is to automate manual tasks, embed quality control, and continuously optimize performance, productivity, and compliance. Responsibilities include building automation pipelines, implementing QC workflows, and ensuring audit trails and compliance adherence.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in automation, RPA, or process optimization roles
- Proficiency in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato, or equivalent)
- Experience with productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff)
- Knowledge of AI-driven QC frameworks, workflow monitoring, and error detection
- Strong communication, documentation, and training ability
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
