We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. You'll ensure our French customers get off to the best possible start with Sendcloud and drive real, measurable impact throughout their journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce
- 1+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, or other customer-facing roles
- Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting
- Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges
- Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus
