Job Description
As a Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, you'll help B2B e-commerce customers navigate challenges, provide professional and helpful support, and empower them to make confident decisions. You'll also have opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and shape how we deliver world-class customer experiences.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
- Previous CS experience is a bonus, but we care more about curiosity and mindset
- Great communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet, juggle multiple things at once, and stay cool under pressure
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow from mistakes
