The Team Maintenance Lead/Planner is responsible for overseeing scheduled Facilities, HVAC, and Building maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of maintenance events, and analyzing equipment failure data to identify reliability improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Three years of Facilities Maintenance experience
• One year of Maintenance Planning experience
• One year of experience in a Leadership Role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Formal Training in HVAC Maintenance
• Refrigerant recovery certificate
