Maintenance Helper

The Facilities Helper (Roof) is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on air handlers, cooling towers, pumps, etc. This position can be utilized as a developmental role to allow the selected candidate to further develop his/her mechanical aptitude in preparation for potential future advancement opportunities in the Maintenance group.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance helper experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic cutting & grinding skills
• Computer knowledge (SAP, Excel, Word)
• Good oral and written skills
• Good organization skills
• Good interpersonal skills
