The Technical Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facility functions for the Iowa Park, TX facility, developing and driving Technical/Engineering/Facility/Maintenance to deliver and sustain profitable growth.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred (mechanical or chemical preferred)
- Five or more years of work experience in manufacturing/engineering (plastics manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, process mapping, Six Sigma principles, and design of experiments
- Black Belt certification preferred
