Roots to Grow Case Manager

Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is seeking a Roots to Grow Case Manager to work with young adults aged 18-25 in a housing program. The Case Manager will provide guidance and coaching on housing stability, financial literacy, education, employment, and daily living skills. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Sociology, or related field, 1-2 years of experience in case management or counseling, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in case management or counseling
• Ability to work effectively with people of diverse races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Dropbox
