Resident Coordinator Overnight (Full-time) - Meadow at Melrose

Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is hiring a Resident Coordinator Overnight to oversee the general maintenance of the property, cleanliness, safety, crisis responses, and conflict management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience providing direct services to high-risk transition age youth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or any related field
• 2+ years in experience providing direct services to high-risk transition age youth
• Working knowledge of child and adolescent social, emotional, and cognitive development, trauma-informed care and harm reduction service model
• Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to transport clients seeking housing and other services
