Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles that provides trauma-informed, low-barrier housing and support services to youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Founded in 2011, SPY offers programs such as Stepping Stones to help young people transition from the streets to stable housing and receive comprehensive case management.

Resident Coordinator (Pregnant & Parenting House)
1-2 years of experience in case management, counseling or related experience. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field. Knowledge of social service resources for youth experiencing and at-risk of homelessness
Resident Coordinator - Meadow at Melrose (Part- Time)
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, 2+ years of experience working with high-risk transition age youth, and a valid California driver's license
Site Associate (On-Call) - General Pool
1+ years case management experience. Valid CA driver’s license & insurance needed. Must provide work history and background check
Resident Coordinator Overnight (Full-time) - Meadow at Melrose
2+ years of experience providing direct services to high-risk transition age youth, valid California driver's license, and working knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction service model
Resident Coordinator - Stepping Stones (Full-Time) [Monday-Friday (6:00pm - 2:30am)]
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-2 yrs exp. providing youth services & trauma-informed care. Valid driver’s license req
Lighthouse Case Manager (Full-Time)
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; 1-2 years of housing experience; valid CA driver’s license and insurance
Problem Solving Specialist
Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years case management experience. 2+ years providing direct services to youth. Knowledge of LA County foster care/juvenile justice systems. Valid CA Driver's License & insurance required
Clinical Supervisor
Master's in Social Work & LCSW license. 3+ years clinical experience with strong leadership skills. Supervise and manage staff, offering training
Site Associate (Part-Time) - General Pool
Must have 1+ years of case management experience or similar. Valid CA driver's license and insurance are required. Knowledge of homelessness and youth services preferred
Interim Education and Employment Specialist
Bachelor’s degree, 2 years experience in social service setting, 2 years experience in educator or employment services environment, strong computer skills, ability to coordinate projects, experience working with homeless and at-risk youth
