Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing technical roles, including backend, frontend, data, and growth positions
• In-depth market knowledge of the Eastern European talent pool is required
• Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines
