Recruitment Specialist

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in rapidly scaling our tech and product teams!

Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing technical roles, including backend, frontend, data, and growth positions.
• In-depth market knowledge of the Eastern European talent pool is required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
