Requirements
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates using LinkedIn and a variety of other sourcing platforms.
- Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and ensure meticulous data integrity using our ATS – Ashby.
- Conduct initial recruiter screenings, specifically assessing candidates for roles like Backend Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Data Analysts/Engineers, QA Engineers, and various Growth/Product Specialists.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand specific technical and cultural requirements for each open role.
- Provide timely, professional, and positive feedback to all candidates, ensuring a smooth process that reflects well on the Ruby Labs brand.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows for maximum speed and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies within the Eastern European tech market.
