Job Description
Rittal, LLC is seeking a Regional Channel Manager to manage industrial and IT distributor partners and value-added resellers within a defined territory. This role involves strategic planning, partnership development, and customer communication. The focus is on revenue growth and ensuring compliance with channel program requirements.
Requirements
- Develop and deploy a management and marketing plan.
- Work with Vice Presidents and Account Managers to define a regional channel strategy.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, sales, and distribution channels.
- Provide support and training to distributors.
- Ensure compliance to the channel program.
- Develop value propositions and establish relationships with key buying influences.
