Requirements

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Prior experience in assembly operations required; leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic 5S and lean manufacturing concepts
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
