Team Lead - 2nd Shift responsible for overseeing assembly and packaging of products, achieving quality and productivity targets, and collaborating with internal departments. Requires prior experience in assembly operations and leadership experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in assembly operations
• Leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic 5S and lean manufacturing concepts
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
