Rittal LLC is seeking a Team Lead - 1st Shift to oversee assembly and packaging of products, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has prior experience in assembly operations, leadership experience, and familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing concepts.
Requirements

- Prior experience in assembly operations
- Leadership experience preferred
