Job Description
As a Senior Field Technician, you will provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and on-site support to customers, leading and instructing employees and customers in various areas. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and trending test equipment is required.
Requirements
- Provide technical support via phone and email
- Perform on-site field service, including warranty support and commissioning
- Travel up to 50-70% of the time, including weekends and holidays
- Conduct functional testing of completed controllers and custom-built controls
- Support the engineering department with research, development, and evaluation of proposed equipment
- Drive projects to completion with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure site safety compliance
