Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides timely and professional assistance to insurance clients and agents, managing policy updates, handling inquiries, processing renewals, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves a range of customer service tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance management systems (HawkSoft and AMS360 preferred).
