Job Description
The Customer Service Representative position within Operations will focus on supporting the Private Client Select Insurance Services (PCSIS) operation. This role involves processing core functions such as new business quoting, policy issuance, broker of record changes, and client support through various channels. The position requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a strong focus on achieving service level goals.
