Growth and Business Development Analyst

HealthPartners is seeking a Growth and Business Development Analyst to support care system growth and market development through data analysis, market research, forecasting, and strategy development. This role involves collaborating with leaders across departments, managing projects, and generating reports. The analyst will contribute to strengthening HealthPartners’ market position and enhancing care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare strategic planning, business analysis, finance, or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in using personal computers, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and become proficient in additional software applications and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
