HealthPartners is seeking a Growth and Business Development Analyst to support care system growth and market development. The analyst will work with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to develop data-driven strategies, conduct market analyses, and manage projects. Reporting to the Director and Principal Advisor for Care System Growth, the role emphasizes a collaborative approach to strengthening Market Position and enhancing Care Delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare strategic planning, business analysis, finance, or consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Time management skills
