Growth and Business Development Analyst

HealthPartners is hiring a Growth and Business Development Analyst to support care system growth and market development through data analysis, market research, forecasting, and strategy development. This role works closely with leaders in clinical, operational, and other departments, contributing on a team dedicated to strengthening HealthPartners’ market position and enhancing care delivery. The analyst reports to the Director of Care System Growth and is responsible for advising on growth strategies and managing independent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare strategic planning, business analysis, finance, or consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software applications
• Strong time management skills
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
