Job Description
Seeking a hands-on HRIS Optimization Consultant with deep UKG Pro expertise to evaluate, optimize, and automate HR processes, including improving system configuration, workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on UKG Pro configuration experience
- Experience auditing and redesigning HRIS workflows
- Knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Benefits, Leave, and Compensation modules
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics
- Understanding of system integrations and vendor file feeds
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and implement automation improvements
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
