Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to join our delivery team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, configuring, and deploying real-world CX solutions across multiple business units.
Requirements
- Designing end-to-end Genesys Cloud CX architectures
- Building enterprise-grade IVR flows using Architect
- Configuring routing, queues, skills, and advanced logic
- Deploying AI Studio bots, AI Guides, Agent Assist, predictive routing
- Supporting CRM & backend integrations using APIs and webhooks
- Leading UAT, go-live, and post-launch optimization
