Requirements
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing large, strategic deals.
- Develop and manage relationships with C-level leaders, procurement teams, and technology stakeholders in public safety agencies and government organizations.
- Navigate long sales cycles (6-12 months) and government procurement processes, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and tailor solutions.
- Drive market expansion and strategy, identifying new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with uncapped commission potential and fast career progression.
