Job Description
Quince is looking for a Head of Market – UK to lead the launch and scaling of their presence in the UK and broader Europe. The role involves creating a locally resonant customer experience while upholding Quince's global brand promise.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in general management, eCommerce, strategy, or operations roles
- Proven success launching or scaling a market or region from inception to maturity
- Deep understanding of the UK consumer landscape and eCommerce ecosystem
- Demonstrated P&L ownership, with strong financial acumen and business case development skills
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional or matrixed teams across geographies
- Familiarity with international eCommerce operations, including logistics, fulfillment, payments, returns, and customer experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to attract, inspire, and retain top talent
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a high bias for action
