Sales Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Compensation Specialist to join the Prudential Advisors Compensation Operations team. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key partners, analyzing and reporting on compensation transactions, and researching and analysis to resolve escalation and quantify business outcomes.

Requirements
