A Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) is needed for a partner company in Stuttgart, responsible for the successful implementation of construction projects and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves comprehensive planning, management, and implementation of flat roof projects, in addition to strategic goal support. This position demands a solid understanding of construction engineering and proven leadership skills.

Requirements

• Completed training in construction engineering with professional experience in roof construction or diploma as Master/Engineer in construction in a relevant area
• Many years of professional experience as Construction Supervisor, preferably in flat roofs or high-rise construction
• Sound experience in the planning, management and result responsibility of construction projects
• Responsibility, teamwork and negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented, structured approach as well as a high degree of initiative
• Knowledge and interest in the use of technology-supported tools
