Construction education or Master/Tech degree. 5+ years experience as a construction manager. Experience in floor decking/high-rise construction preferred

3-5 yrs exp in consulting/VCs/PEs. Strong project mgmt, & excel comms. Proficient in German/English & business skills

Bachelor's degree in business. Professional experience in a commercial role. Strong interest in sales & GTM. German & English fluency is required

University student or recent graduate with interest in supply chain, operations, or business

3-5 yrs backend/full-stack exp, Java/Python skills, relational databases, cloud infrastructure knowledge. Distributed systems experience a plus

Construction training and exp. in sheet metal/related field. 5+ years experience as foreman. Expertise in project planning and result-driven leadership
