This position seeks an experienced and responsible Construction Manager (m/f/d) to implement construction projects in Braunschweig (Salzgitter). The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, contributing to high-quality results, and strengthening customer relationships. The manager will be responsible for project planning, management, implementation, and results monitoring.

Requirements

• Completed training in construction with professional experience in roof construction or completion as Master/Engineer/Architect
• Many years of professional experience as a construction manager, preferably in flat roof construction or high-rise construction
• Solid experience in the planning, management and result responsibility of construction projects
• Responsibility, teamwork and negotiation skills
• Problem-oriented, structured working style and a high degree of initiative
• Knowledge and interest in the use of computer-supported tools
