Maintenance Supervisor

This full-time position is for a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for managing all maintenance related repairs and upkeep of residential properties. The supervisor will manage the make-ready process, initiate/perform maintenance projects, manage expenses, and develop strong relationships with vendors. The role requires a passion for high quality results, a proactive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• HVAC and/or CFC certifications REQUIRED (or other applicable designations)
• Strong knowledge of NSpire inspection
• Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry knowledge
• Experience supervising others
• Extensive knowledge of residential building systems
• Professional building system licenses preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web searches
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Successful candidates will exhibit a demonstrable passion for high quality results and a can-do attitude
